They are seeking an Enablement Program Manager to enhance the success of their Hotels team by creating and delivering impactful training programs and managing the learning management system.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute effective training programs for Market Managers and Account Executives
• Create and deliver role-specific training including certifications and playbooks
• Optimize our Learning Management System for content accessibility and engagement
• Address tech stack issues and implement creative solutions for continuous operation
• Collaborate with various teams to convert business needs into learning experiences

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in instructional design and LMS management
• Experience in creating and delivering sales enablement materials
• Strong project management abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in the hospitality industry
