Responsibilities:
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, Refreshers, and food items, following company standards (training provided)
- Maintain a balance between speed and quality, especially during busy hours, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build positive relationships with guests and team members to foster a collaborative environment
- Keep the store clean and organized by regularly sanitizing workstations, dining areas, and equipment
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety, health, and company policies to ensure a secure environment for everyone
Requirements:
- You are at least 14 years old or older, as permitted by law
- Possess a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
- Ability to work early mornings, afternoons, or weekends, with flexible scheduling options
- Fluent in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and grow is essential
