Technical Buisness Analyst

They are seeking a highly skilled Remote Technical Business Analyst & Team Lead to lead a team of technical professionals and contribute to the development of software products by translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify business needs, opportunities, and potential improvements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring clarity and completeness
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed documentation using Axure to communicate design and functional specifications
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and identify edge cases
• Develop and support software applications utilizing .NET and SaaS technologies, ensuring solutions meet business and technical standards
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions, making iterative improvements to optimize efficiency and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with strategic business goals
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance technical processes and team capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with proven leadership in managing technical teams
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, SaaS platforms, and data analysis techniques
• Extensive experience with Axure wireframing and creating comprehensive software documentation
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, process documentation, and technical specifications
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on translating business needs into effective technical solutions
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
