Project Manager

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful go-live of their Workday Recruiting implementation. The role involves collaborating with various teams to assist with system configuration, testing, and user support during the project launch.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will work closely with the People Systems and Talent Acquisition teams to assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support during the project launch
• You will help ensure all recruiting workflows and processes are running smoothly and resolve any issues that arise during the go-live period
• You will partner with People Systems, HR, and IT to support system users, answer questions, document issues, and help with process improvements as needed
• You will also play a key role in testing and validating recruiting workflows to ensure a smooth transition to Workday

Requirements:

• Experience with Workday Recruiting implementation
• Ability to assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support
• Experience in ensuring recruiting workflows and processes run smoothly
• Ability to resolve issues during the go-live period
• Experience partnering with People Systems, HR, and IT
• Ability to support system users and answer questions
• Experience documenting issues and helping with process improvements
• Ability to test and validate recruiting workflows
