Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer support by answering queries related to TurboTax products and tax software functionalities
- Assisting customers with downloading, logging in, and navigating the TurboTax platform
- Guiding users through importing documents, printing, filing, and addressing basic tax questions
- Maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach during customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and support strategies
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Documenting customer interactions accurately and providing feedback for continuous improvement
- Adhering to company policies and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery
Requirements:
- No specific accounting background is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and empathize with customer needs
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with software navigation and internet usage
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Minimum of 25 hours per week commitment; flexibility to work additional hours is encouraged
- Availability to participate in a three-day certification process and ongoing training sessions
