TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their Retirement team. The role involves handling calls related to retirement inquiries and providing assistance to financial partners, agents, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Will take 25-50 calls per day pertaining to Retirement questions and assistance
- Will take calls from financial partners, agents, and customers
- Take inquiries on new business applications, in-force policy questions transactions, product information, information on rates, services issues, etc
- This role will require basic computer skills and the ability to pivot between multiple computer programs
- This role will use Salesforce and other homegrown systems on a daily basis
Requirements:
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Prior experience with retirement accounts
- Technical skills - Microsoft Suite
- Basic computer skills and the ability to pivot between multiple computer programs
- Customer service, retail, service industry experience
- Call center and previous life/retirement/benefits experience
