Business System Analyst

Jobot is a leading organization specializing in connecting talented professionals with innovative companies across various industries. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business System Analyst to analyze existing business systems, design innovative solutions, and implement process improvements within the electronic components manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate current systems and business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Design, develop, and implement new systems and processes that align with organizational goals and strategies
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure the successful integration of new systems, minimizing disruption to operations
• Leverage tools such as SQL, Linux, VB, SharePoint, Visio, CRM, and KACE to manage and optimize business processes
• Create comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and business requirements to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users, fostering effective utilization of systems and tools
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve system performance and business efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of three to five years of experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in key tools and technologies such as SQL, Linux, Visual Basic, SharePoint, Visio, CRM (KACE), and other relevant platforms
• Strong IT coordination, documentation, and project management skills
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
