They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst - Admin - Trainer to oversee the administration and optimization of their Salesforce platform while developing training programs and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
- Perform data cleanup, loading, and migration tasks to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms
- Manage the integration of Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and other third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Salesforce training programs to end users, enhancing platform adoption and efficiency
- Create detailed documentation, including technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides to support ongoing system maintenance and knowledge sharing
- Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns through Marketing Cloud, aligning initiatives with marketing strategies and business goals
- Utilize Agile project management methodologies to effectively manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
- Leverage tools such as Jira, DevOps, and Azure to track project progress, automate processes, and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements, implement Salesforce solutions, and enhance overall business productivity
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role within the Accounting and Finance industry
- Extensive hands-on experience with data cleanup, data loading, and Marketing Cloud integrations
- Proven track record of delivering effective training sessions and creating detailed technical and user documentation
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, DevOps, and Azure
- Experience managing third-party Salesforce integrations
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information clearly to various audiences
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification
