The Senior Digital Marketing Account Lead will serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands, focusing on deepening relationships and driving performance.
Responsibilities:
- Champion Client Relationships Build trusted, strategic relationships with senior and C-Suite marketing executives. Confidently lead high-stakes conversations, offering smart, persuasive solutions that drive both marketing performance and business impact
- Craft and Execute Strategy Partner with clients to build customized, data-driven marketing plans that align with their unique business objectives. Transform performance insights into focused, cross-channel strategies that deliver measurable results
- Lead with Insight Take ownership of campaign and business reviews, uncovering patterns, challenges, and untapped opportunities. Leverage your strategic expertise to proactively guide clients toward smarter investments and stronger performance outcomes
- Own the Onboarding Experience Run a smooth, high-touch onboarding process that sets the foundation for a long-term, successful partnership. Ensure clients feel confident, informed, and empowered from day one
- Drive Business Growth Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand scope through thoughtful upsell strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Keep business impact and client ambition at the center of every recommendation
- Elevate the Platform Educate and inspire clients on how to unlock the full value of Eulerity’s platform. Serve as a digital marketing expert, guiding clients through industry trends and helping them evolve with confidence
- Be the Voice of the Client Internally Act as the bridge between client goals and internal execution, working closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure client outcomes are met with precision and care
Requirements:
- 4-6 years in account management, digital marketing, or client strategy within the advertising, tech, or media space
- Familiarity with multi-location or franchise brands is a plus - especially when paired with a solid understanding of media strategy and platform capabilities
- An impressive track record of successfully not only retaining long-term business, but growing multiple accounts at once
- You can confidently present complex ideas, tailor your message to different audiences, and navigate tough conversations with professionalism and poise
