TurboTax USA is a leading provider of tax preparation software and services designed to simplify the tax filing process for individuals and small businesses across the United States. As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will assist customers with their tax-related queries and provide exceptional customer service regarding TurboTax products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to TurboTax customers via phone, ensuring their questions regarding product features, navigation, and basic tax queries are addressed effectively
- Guide customers through downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns using TurboTax software
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and clear communication, ensuring customers feel supported throughout their experience
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex issues and enhance service quality
- Participate in a comprehensive certification process, completing training over three days to become a certified TurboTax Product Expert
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including performance metrics and schedule commitments, to ensure consistent service delivery
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development to stay updated on product changes and industry best practices
