The position of Remote Technical Business Analyst & Team Lead offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to combine technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding a team to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify business needs, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring clarity and completeness
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed documentation using Axure to communicate design and functional specifications effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business goals
- Oversee the development and implementation of SaaS solutions utilizing .NET technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of technical solutions post-implementation, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, clarify objectives, and address edge cases and potential challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical strategies and team capabilities
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams
- Proficiency in .NET/C# development, data analysis, and software documentation
- Extensive experience working with SaaS solutions and cloud-based applications
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating detailed technical specifications
- Proven ability to develop wireframes and prototypes using Axure or similar tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
