NerdWallet is on a mission to bring clarity to all of life’s financial decisions, and they are seeking a Senior Product Manager for SEO to enhance their organic audience. The role involves leading product strategy, optimizing user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth through effective SEO practices.
Responsibilities:
- Own Product Strategy: Lead the end to end vision and roadmap, partnering with data, design, engineering and marketing to drive growth across organic funnels
- Accelerate Growth: Launch and optimize experiences that improve customer outcomes and scale the business
- Leverage Market Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis and user research to identify opportunities, inform strategy and guide product decisions
- Champion Consumer-Centric Innovation: Deeply understand consumer behaviors and needs to deliver personalized high-impact product experiences
- Drive Execution: Partner cross functionally to deliver new features and product enhancements on time and with measurable impact
- Optimize Performance: Use data, A/B testing and experimentation to improve engagement, conversion and retention
- Advocate for the Customer: Keep user needs and outcomes at the heart of every decision
- Mentor and Collaborate: Support junior PMs, fostering growth, inclusion and shared success
Requirements:
- 7+ years in product management position, preferably within fintech, consumer finance, or a related domain
- 2+ years experience in an SEO growth role
- Proven success in managing and launching impactful product initiatives ideally within fintech
- Experience scaling products in fast-growing businesses - balancing quick wins with long-term investments
- Skilled in leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies to inform decision-making
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user research techniques and data driven product development
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and technical workflows
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority
