Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements
- Work with engineering teams to deliver features on time
- Coordinate with UX/UI designers for product usability
- Communicate product updates to stakeholders
- Analyze product performance and user feedback
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT systems and software development
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in product management or IT-related role (varies by level)
- Relevant certifications (optional but beneficial), such as: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
