Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate current business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop cost-effective solutions
- Design, develop, and implement new systems and process workflows that align with organizational goals and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth integration, deployment, and ongoing support of new systems
- Utilize technologies such as SQL, Linux, VB, SharePoint, Visio, CRM, and KACE to manage, analyze, and optimize business processes
- Document all system configurations, business requirements, and process workflows with clarity and precision
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in business systems analysis to continuously enhance your skill set
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably within the manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in key technologies such as SQL, Linux, Visual Basic (VB), SharePoint, Visio, CRM (KACE), and other relevant tools
- Strong IT coordination skills
- Excellent documentation practices
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
