Engineers (Remote)

Keystone Recruitment is seeking engineering professionals for a remote role supporting AI systems in solving complex engineering problems. The position involves creating detailed engineering prompts, evaluating AI outputs, and collaborating with other experts to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to engineering principles.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed prompts based on real-world engineering scenarios, including system design, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to engineering principles
• Draft high-quality reference solutions and provide rationales for technical decisions
• Identify logical gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI outputs
• Collaborate asynchronously with other technical experts and reviewers using shared documentation and structured feedback

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, software, or a related engineering discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering practice, R&D, or technical consulting
• Strong understanding of engineering methodologies, tools, and applied problem-solving
• Excellent technical writing and structured reasoning skills
• Comfortable reviewing model outputs across a range of engineering domains
