NTT DATA is a leading business and technology services provider, committed to innovation and client success. They are seeking a Business Analysts - Grade 10 to provide technical leadership for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, focusing on solution design and adherence to best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Act as technical point of contact for NTT DATA resources working on the client Service Cloud implementation
- Design and oversee Salesforce Service Cloud solution architecture leveraging OOTB features
- Guide configuration and development activities related to:
- Case management
- Service Console
- Omni-Channel routing
- Knowledge Management
- Ensure minimal customization and adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Review and approve configuration and code developed by Salesforce developers
- Support integration discussions if required and ensure alignment with client architecture standards
- Provide technical support during functional testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
- Work closely with client technical leadership and follow client project governance
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of Salesforce experience with strong Service Cloud expertise
- Prior experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead or Solution Lead
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration vs. customization trade-offs
- Experience guiding teams in client-led or staff augmentation engagements
- Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer)
