Keystone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Specialist to support hardware development initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role focuses on ensuring hardware is delivered on schedule and involves managing logistics, procurement, and budget tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Collect hardware allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation across multiple programs
- Manage concurrent hardware programs across teams and time zones
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an Engineering Program Specialist, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Background in consumer electronics or hardware development environments
- Experience working with domestic and international vendors
- Strong proficiency in complex spreadsheets and accounting tools
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and global time zones
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
