Business Analyst (French Language) - Remote

Keystone Recruitment is seeking a French-Speaking Business Analyst to support large language model improvement initiatives for one of their global AI-focused clients. The role involves evaluating and analyzing AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance model performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex written content in English and French, breaking it into logical components
• Conduct online research to validate claims, data points, and reasoning steps
• Answer analytical and logical reasoning questions with detailed explanations
• Create structured scenarios and edge cases to improve AI model performance
• Provide high-quality annotations and constructive feedback on AI-generated responses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve evaluation standards
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and logical consistency in all deliverables

Requirements:

• Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to interpret data, logical reasoning problems, and business-style case questions
• Excellent written communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to commit 40 hours per week with required overlap with US (UTC-8) hours
• Reliable desktop/laptop and stable internet connection
• Background in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields
• Professional writing experience (Business Analyst, Research Analyst, Copywriter, Journalist, Technical Writer, Editor, Translator, etc.)
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite
• Strong logical reasoning and basic arithmetic skills
