Ziff Davis is a vertically focused digital media and internet company, and they are seeking a Product Manager to help drive the evolution of their platform and experiences. The role involves defining product vision, executing on the roadmap, and working cross-functionally to enhance user engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap
- Design and ship best-in-class features, working closely with UX, engineering, and research partners to prototype, test, and iterate on customer experience and deliver intuitive, high-impact value at every step of the shopping journey
- Translate user insights and behavioral data into intuitive front-end experiences that drive engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty
- Reimagine the product deal experience within our ecosystem, inspiring discovery of new deals and positioning our value higher in the shopping funnel
- Champion a rapid test-and-learn culture, leveraging prototyping, A/B testing, and continuous experimentation to design and refine personalized, user-centric journeys that drive conversion, retention, and long-term engagement
- Partner with Business Development to expand integrations and partnerships that enhance our offerings and capabilities
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to drive product differentiation
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in ecommerce, affiliate networks, mobile apps
- Experience in building and scaling new products with a focus on user retention and engagement
- Strong analytical mindset, with a track record of using data to drive product decisions and optimize performance
- Proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments, aligning stakeholders and executing against ambitious roadmaps
- Passion for consumer savings, loyalty programs, and eCommerce innovation
- Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms like Braze, Iterable, etc. a plus
