FrontEnd Software Engineer (Remote)

Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced Software Engineers to support high-impact research collaborations with leading AI labs. The role involves building high-quality training datasets to improve AI model performance on real-world client-side web development tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Write realistic, self-contained prompts for client-side web apps, games, and simulations
• Develop precise, binary rubrics tagged by verification type
• Ensure rubric criteria are strictly pass/fail and verifiable via screenshot and code inspection
• Design tasks that test UI behavior, logic correctness, and edge-case handling

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development (or technical content creation in web development)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript
• Ability to write clear technical specifications and structured evaluation criteria
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on verifiability and precision
