As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will assist customers with their tax-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service regarding TurboTax products. This role is designed to support individuals during tax season, ensuring they have a smooth experience with TurboTax software.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers via phone and chat with their questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software
• Guiding users through downloading, logging in, navigating the platform, importing documents, printing, and submitting their tax returns
• Providing clear, concise, and empathetic support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a positive attitude, managing your schedule to meet minimum weekly hours, and adhering to company policies and quality standards
• Handling increased call volume and supporting multiple customers simultaneously during peak tax season
• Participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and best practices
