Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify business needs, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Design and develop technical solutions utilizing your expertise in .NET and SaaS platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive software documentation using Axure to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring all functional and non-functional specifications are met
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure technical solutions support and align with overall business strategies and goals
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, questioning, and validation to uncover objectives, edge cases, and detailed requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance technical and leadership skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
- Proficiency in .NET/C#, Data Analysis, Axure Wireframing, and comprehensive software documentation
- Extensive experience working with SaaS platforms and solutions
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in uncovering business needs and edge cases
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
