They are seeking an experienced Account Manager - Mid Market to build customer relationships and drive business growth through consultative sales approaches and effective account management.
Responsibilities:
- Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers
- Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results
- Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, securing strategic wins and fostering long-term partnerships
- Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success
- Build a strong, future-ready pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent execution. Travel, as required, to connect in person, foster relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with track record of success in an aligned territory
- Curiosity, collaboration adaptability: you're open to learning and comfortable navigating change
- Experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, exceeding goals, with a focus on long-term value creation
- You are a relationship builder, with great presentation skills. You listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and connect product capabilities to business needs
- Exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus
