Integra Connect is a value-based, precision medicine company specializing in Health IT, real-world data, and digital health solutions. The Sr. Product Manager will be a key member of the Product Development team, responsible for generating insights and creating analytical products for the Pharma, Biotech, and Healthcare sectors, using healthcare data to drive Value-Based Care for patients.
Responsibilities:
- The Sr. Product Manager will drive the creation of analytical products for Pharma, Biotech, and healthcare providers in the cancer space
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Clinical, and Analytic teams to transform data from electronic health records, healthcare claims, patient (reported) outcomes, and other data into high-value insights for pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and device manufacturers
- This individual contributor will engage in all phases of the product lifecycle to ideate, develop, deliver, and manage products for customer use
- This role will support the PrecisionQ goals, take an active role in identifying opportunities, and lead efforts to enhance existing capabilities and products that support life sciences
- Will evaluate new opportunities using data-driven methodology to help prioritize and finalize strategic decisions
- Manage the product life cycle and roadmap
- Develop and maintain internal and external product documentation, product instructions, and user guides
- Define product metrics and build reports
- The Sr. Product Manager will attend key scientific/medical conferences like ASCO to identify emerging trends, meet customers, and stay up to date
- The Sr. Product Manager needs to be hands-on, self-driven, and able to directly contribute while leading projects within agile sprint processes
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in the oncology/healthcare software space
- Familiar with Software Development, ideally experience with Agile Methodology
- Experience with healthcare data, ideally EMR and Claims
- General understanding of data warehousing, structured & unstructured data
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence and other visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc)
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Ability to statistically analyze health care data, ideally with statistical and/or programming tools e.g. SQL, R, Python
- Modest travel required to attend conferences (up to 10%)
- Oncology expertise from a clinical, scientific, or pharmaceutical background
- Experience at or with pharmaceutical or biotech companies
- Analytical, Scientific, Medical, (Computer) Science, or Healthcare-related degree preferred
