Givelify is a fintech-for-good company that powers a popular online and mobile giving app platform, helping nonprofits and places of worship raise significant funds. The Product Manager will lead initiatives to enhance the donor and organization experience, focusing on onboarding, giving flows, and engagement features while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of specific features and initiatives that help donors give and organizations grow their donations on Givelify
- Drive improvements in key stages of the donor and organization journey (e.g., onboarding, activation, recurring giving) in collaboration with senior product leadership
- Design, launch, and measure experiments to optimize conversion and retention
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-quality product releases
- Write clear product requirements and user stories, ensuring smooth execution with development teams
- Use data and user feedback to inform priorities and continuously improve the product
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver meaningful outcomes
- Participate in continuous discovery, gathering and synthesizing insights to shape feature priorities
- Partner with data science to interpret results and translate them into actionable decisions
- Contribute to crafting user-centered experiences that reflect Givelify’s 5-star standard
- Balance short-term execution with long-term growth goals, escalating when tradeoffs require guidance
- Clearly communicate progress, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in product management and 2 years building consumer-facing mobile apps
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data-driven decisions
- Strong experience with experimentation and behavioral analytics tools (Split, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Experience with product discovery and user research techniques
- Familiarity with UX principles with a track record of collaborating with designers to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences
- Proven ability to drive features from concept through delivery using Agile methodologies
- Experience building fintech or business intelligence products
- Advanced business degree such as MBA
