SalaryGuide is a marketing-focused career platform seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and overseeing integrated digital marketing strategies to support business objectives, brand growth, and customer engagement, while leading efforts in paid media strategy and website UX.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies that support business objectives, brand growth, and customer engagement
- Own the paid media strategy and website UX (including some day-to-day maintenance/updates)
- Act as a “general manager” and leader within the marketing organization to ensure plans are developed cohesively and executed in close collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders (analytics, social, creative, etc.) to optimize campaigns
- Lead web UX strategy and content development, as well as SEO driving to the site
- Advance Company efforts to show up more significantly as we transition from SEO to GEO, continuing to evolve brand pages to optimize positioning in search
- Build brand awareness – in collaboration with partners across the organization
- Lead digital efforts for customer acquisition and retention, optimizing campaigns for engagement, conversion, and loyalty customer acquisition & retention
- Report and provide insights/recommendations on performance analytics and results
- Serve as the main point of contact for ~10 centers, helping to facilitate any marketing needs within the group
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO, paid media, social media, and website UX
- A passion for site optimization, removing consumer friction and ensuring we are truly capturing what makes each center special on their landing pages
- Demonstrated success advancing marketing strategy while also executing day-to-day work
- Strong expertise in A/B testing, customer acquisition, and brand awareness strategies
- High proficiency with analytical platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Leadership experience with managing digital teams and agency partners (especially focused in site UX and SEO/SEM)
- Strong analytical mindset with background using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Excellent verbal and communications skills
- Great customer service mentality (i.e., speaking with a center manager and helping them is fun, not a chore)
- A strong leader, throughout the department and with 1-2 director reports
- Ability to analyze detailed data, synthesize key points and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including managing calendars/trackers, setting KPIs, and ensuring progress towards goals
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experience and marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS) like Adobe Experience in multi-location business marketing (e.g., franchises, service-based businesses like pet care or healthcare)
- Experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and Adobe Target, and/or a willingness to learn
