HH Global is a global marketing services group specializing in the execution of print, digital and retail media. The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing creative projects, coordinating with vendors, and tracking program metrics to ensure successful marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
- Creative traffic controller & team administrator
- Project Manages creative for email, paid media & case studies
- Coordinates with high efficiency all 3P vendors across creative partners, translation agencies, web production agencies & stakeholder PMMs
- Maintain extensive copy docs (strong focus on email copy)
- Responsible for packaging and handing of assets to 3P agencies
- Track program metrics and success through internal client dashboards
- Strategic thinker responsible for program reporting, analysis and recommendation
- Serves as the operational "gatekeeper" for the broader team lead managing approvals tracking and maintaining the team’s operational cadence and performance submissions
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years experience working in marketing program execution, preferably background in a marketing role at a technology or media company
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of execution excellence and the ability to work on strict timelines
- Deep knowledge of Google productivity tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies & internal teams within the marketing organization
- Execution focused with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
- Project management skills is a must, with the ability to collaborate across various teams, and drive decisions quickly
