Customer Service advisor with Polish - Home office

Concentrix is seeking Customer Service Advisors for their partner, an online streaming service. The role involves assisting customers with service-related issues through various communication channels, including phone calls and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media and live chat from customers
• Help customers with service-related issues
• Inform customers of promo events
• Work shifts: morning 09:00-17:45, afternoon 13:15-22:00, (Working hours are according to the market covered)
• Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
• Suitable for people without experience

Requirements:

• Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs
• Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
• Team players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environment
• Native Polish and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
• Living in the Czech Republic is a plus
