MedScout is dedicated to empowering MedTech commercial teams with essential data and tools for medical innovations. As a Product Marketer, you will own go-to-market execution and product enablement, ensuring that GTM teams effectively communicate MedScout's value and understand target personas.
Responsibilities:
- Own the cadence of getting product updates to the sales team and customers. When something ships, people know what it is, why it matters, and how to talk about it
- Build and maintain the tools our GTM teams use daily - decks, use case documentation, and competitive positioning materials. Focus on how MedScout drives value for customers and lead with that story
- Ensure customers understand new capabilities and how to get value from them. Partner with Customer Success on what customers need to hear and when
- Stay locked in with what's happening in the market - customer needs, competitor activity, and how other companies are enabling sales and marketing strategies. Bring that insight to the product roadmap and clearly articulate the why
- Create content our audience cares about deeply, supporting a broader content strategy across both the top and middle of the funnel. Use case stories, data, trend analysis, and market signals that provide real value to the reader
- Capture wins and turn them into usable assets. Work with Customer Success to identify stories worth telling. Document outcomes and impact
- Contribute market and customer perspective to pricing and packaging decisions as MedScout evolves its offerings
- Serve as connective tissue across Growth, Sales, and Customer Success - ensuring messages and brand experiences are consistent
- Significant focus on MedScout's core product areas, which are evolving quickly and need consistent enablement and GTM attention
Requirements:
- Experience in vertical software at the mid-market or enterprise level with expertise in high release velocity
- Knowledge of product marketing fundamentals, including translating features into value, building effective materials, and enabling a sales team
- Strong synthesis ability to take complex information and get to the 'so-what' quickly
- High empathy and customer orientation to understand actual users of MedScout
- Ability to build independently with a vision and work comfortably with ambiguity
- Clear communication skills to articulate the why behind decisions and connect features to customer value
- Product feedback mindset to connect market insight with product direction
- Medical device or healthcare industry experience
