Meridien Labs is an HR consultancy firm focused on innovative matchmaking between candidates and potential roles. They are seeking a Business Analyst Innovation Intern to conduct product research, develop business cases, and identify gaps in customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product research
- Develop business cases for new products / services
- Identify gaps between a customer’s experience and desired outcomes
- Articulate customer benefits
- Develop product recommendations
- Diagnose roadblocks to initiatives
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Major in marketing, business management, accounting or related fields
- Anticipated Graduation of May 2027
