Regal Cloud is partnering with a leading global cloud consultancy to hire a Senior Workspace Support Engineer to join their growing 24x7 managed services team. This role involves troubleshooting complex Google Workspace issues, managing incidents, and supporting large-scale deployments for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex Google Workspace issues in live production environments
- Acting as an SME across Google Voice, ChromeOS Management, Device Management, and GCDS
- Managing incidents through ServiceNow / JIRA with strong ITIL-based processes
- Supporting multi-system integrations and large-scale Workspace deployments
- Advising customers on configuration best practices and optimisation strategies
- Handling escalations and mentoring junior engineers
- Participating in rotational/on-call support in a global 24x7 function
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience supporting Google Workspace environments
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator Certification (required)
- Strong expertise in Google Voice, ChromeOS & Device Management
- Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Comfortable in customer-facing, executive-level interactions
- Experience in documentation, architecture guidance, or technical asset creation
- Ability to work rotational/weekend shifts
- Okta, ChromeOS certifications
- Scripting (Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script)
- CMS tools (SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress, AODocs)
