Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Project Manager I to support the performance and growth of partner accounts. The role involves collaborating with various teams to analyze performance, anticipate challenges, and ensure effective communication across functions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of partner accounts and pages to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for product adoption
- Support partner performance, goal tracking, market trends, and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships
- Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints, and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues
- Handle the pace and ambiguity associated with working in a start-up environment
Requirements:
- Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management
- Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
- Experience working directly with entertainment partners
- Industry experience in technology, social media, digital, or entertainment
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work streams and communicate priorities to leadership and stakeholders
- Strong operational background, bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience delivering public presentations to a diverse audience
- Fluent in Spanish
