About this role
DJI is a leading company in drone technology, and they are seeking a Solution Engineer to conduct training and provide technical support for regional partners. The role involves engaging with customers, analyzing market demands, and exploring new applications for drone technology.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training for regional partners on drone products, ecosystem, and solutions
- Conduct product feature test, solution POC (Proof of Concept)
- Engage with customers and partners in technical discussions, accurately identify customer needs, and provide technical and solutions support
- Develop and maintain key regional customer, gather industry insights, and collect product feedback
- Analyze regional market demands and explore new drone applications across emerging industries and scenarios
Requirements:
- Fluent in Thai and Chinese (both spoken and written), English will be a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industry as CCTV security, ICT industry; pre-sales or after-sales support will be a plus
- Excellent documentation, communication, and technical presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong initiative and self-motivation
