Hyphen_ is a pre-launch company seeking a Business Development Specialist to join as a Co-Founder. This equity-based role involves leading market validation, developing growth strategies, and building partnerships to shape the company's future.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market validation and early customer acquisition
• Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies
• Build partnerships and secure early business opportunities
• Create and manage the initial sales pipeline
• Contribute to pricing, positioning, and revenue strategy
• Represent the company in external discussions and negotiations
