MRI Software is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Presales Value Engineer to support their sales team by articulating the value and demonstrating the impact of their solutions to prospective clients. The role involves creating compelling business cases and presentations, translating technical concepts into business benefits, and engaging with clients to understand their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver compelling business cases, proposals, and ROI analyses that support the value proposition of MRI Software offerings to prospective clients
- Articulate the business value of complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to a variety of audiences
- Translate custom business cases and ROI analyses into reusable and scalable value assets
- Keep abreast of product developments and industry trends to serve as a knowledgeable resource
- Engage in public presentations alongside our Industry Principles to engage appropriate audiences
- Generate and articulate insights on industry dynamics and customer strategic priorities
- Travel to customer sites as required for in-depth discovery and tailored presentations
- Be the primary point of contact for Design Thinking Workshops with both Product Development and Clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - MBA considered a plus
- Experience in presales, consulting, or a similar role in the software/technology industry
- Experience building financial and/or economic models
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Understanding of real estate software solutions or business applications
- Experience with MRI Software products or similar ERP solutions
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud computing environments
- Proven track record of success in a sales or presales environment
- Professional certifications related to sales, software, or real estate industry-specific expertise
