Alliances Partner Engineer

Grammarly, now part of Superhuman, is an AI productivity platform aiming to unlock superhuman potential. As an Alliances Partner Engineer, you will lead technical relationships with partners, guiding solution design and driving platform adoption through workshops, demos, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical relationship with top-tier partners, from initial scoping to solution validation
• Lead technical workshops, executive-level presentations, and solution design sessions
• Build and guide the creation of proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demos to accelerate partner adoption of the platform
• Act as a thought leader and evangelist for the platform in partner-facing settings
• Develop best practices for technical engagements
• Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical pre-sales (partner-facing preferred)
• Track record of leading technical strategy with ISVs, enterprise partners, or system integrators
• Strong communication and executive presence, with ability to influence
• Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
