ReSource Pro is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their Revenue Operations team. This role is critical in collaborating with Sales Executives to maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects, directly influencing sales targets and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop account plans with Sales Executives, targeting specific territories, identifying potential customers, and qualifying them effectively
- Proactively locate new accounts through research, cold calling, and advanced prospecting techniques
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media) to generate leads, and efficiently qualify/disqualify inbound inquiries, scheduling quality meetings for SEs
- Represent ReSource Pro's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge to clearly communicate how our solutions meet prospective clients’ needs
- Continually learn and master new sales technology, including Salesforce, to record data, manage leads through the pipeline, and utilize analytics for outreach and discovery reporting
- Actively participate in sales and product training, and collaborate with Sales Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a sufficient pipeline and enhance role effectiveness
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven B2B experience within sales or business development is required
- Bachelor's Degree (4 years) in Business, Business Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead targets and a strong results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology, including Salesforce, for contact management, reporting, and efficient conversation tracking
- Excellent sales instinct, ability to engage in high-level conversations, proactive and self-driven work ethic, and exceptional planning/organizational skills
- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Selling technology services preferred
