Responsibilities:
- Build scrappy growth experiments
- Create and launch systems like referral loops, affiliate structures, tracking frameworks, landing flows, and automation
- Design and build the mechanics behind growth
- Work directly in tools, set up tracking, wire integrations, and ship experiments quickly
