Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI initiatives and can do hands on
- Define GenAI/Agentic AI architecture, frameworks, and best practices for the system
- Oversee development of LLM-based solutions, including RAG and fine-tuning approaches
- Mentor and guide GenAI/Agentic AI engineers and development teams
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases
- Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance standards are met
- Evaluate emerging GenAI/Agentic AI tools and technologies for adoption
