Agoda is a travel technology company that connects people to destinations and experiences. The Associate Manager/Manager, B2B Pricing & Growth Strategy will own pricing strategy and execution, acting as a consultative advisor to growth initiatives while collaborating with various teams to optimize marketing levers.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve pricing strategies, segmentation, and marketing action for partners
- Lead the experimentation roadmap (A/B and multivariate tests), including hypotheses, success metrics, and decision frameworks
- Build marketing roadmaps and analyses (elasticity, cannibalization, incrementality) to advise relevant marketing actions
- Act as a consultative growth advisor to partner teams: co-create joint plans, model impact/P&L, align OKRs, and operationalize execution across channels
- Build playbooks to scale winning strategies across markets and partners; document learnings and institutionalize best practices
- Create Tableau dashboards and crisp executive narratives that synthesize performance, insights, and recommendations; drive action in weekly/monthly reviews
- Vendor/Partner Management: Manage relationships with external partners including strategic presentations
