The Senior Manager, Product Management for the enterprise website will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and ensuring a seamless digital experience for users, while leading a team focused on continuous improvement and strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the multi-year roadmap for the enterprise website
- Prioritize major features based on strategic business goals
- Own the overall Return on Investment (ROI) for the website as a digital product
- Act as the voice of the external user while managing a team dedicated to continuous improvement of website performance
- Champion a seamless digital experience that spans the entire customer lifecycle, from the buyer's journey through to the customer journey
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in quantitative field (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focus
- At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management focused on digital products
- At least 5 years of experience in the management or mentorship of product managers or product teams
- At least 5 years of experience driving measurable results related to digital platforms, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer adoption
- Experience leading enterprise SaaS or B2B website products at scale
- Expert-level knowledge of the entire B2B Customer Lifecycle, including strategies for acquisition, retention, and advocacy
- Deep understanding of CMS and martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Contentful, Optimizely, Marketo)
- Experience with SalesTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with web performance, security, SEO, AI, and content governance best practices
- Strong grasp of demand generation funnels, lead scoring, and user behavior analytics
- Certification in an Agile framework (e.g. Scrum Product Owner)
