UX Product Designer

PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions. They are seeking a Mid level UX Product Designer to focus on designing servicing tools for Customer Service Representatives and Independent Agents, modernizing legacy ecosystems, and delivering user-centered digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in an agile environment with distributed teams, attending daily agile ceremonies
• Understand complex product requirements and interaction design problems to create innovative user experiences
• Participate in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing to evaluate and optimize UX effectiveness
• Coordinate across multiple facets of the customer experience to ensure seamless user interactions
• Synthesize information and feedback from various stakeholders, including technical teams, business SMEs, and process owners

Requirements:

• Strong design thinking and fundamental design process skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with peers and partners
• Experience in navigating complex, regulated industries such as insurance, fintech, healthcare, or government
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions
• Flexibility to work East Coast hours
