Neo4j is the leader in graph technology, revolutionizing the way organizations leverage connected data. This role is pivotal in shaping the messaging for our AI offerings and strategy, combining product expertise, audience marketing, and sales enablement to influence decision-makers and accelerate growth.
Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to product marketing expert for our AI offerings and strategy within the organization
- Messaging and Strategy: Maintain deep knowledge of the Neo4j AI product portfolio and roadmap to ensure messaging is credible, differentiated, and aligned with decision-makers' and developers' needs. Conduct win-loss analysis and customer/market research to inform messaging and positioning. Monitor competitor narratives and industry trends to continuously sharpen the Neo4j AI messaging and positioning
- Content Development: Translate technical concepts (GenAI, vector search, GraphRAG, context graphs) into strategic stories and content that resonate with decision-making personas. Create compelling narratives and content to position Neo4j as a key component of the AI data layer and to drive mindshare among AI developers
- Audience Marketing & Sales Plays:Support marketing campaigns that guide decision-makers and developers through the buyer journey, from awareness to adoption. Partner with sales leaders and account teams to build and execute repeatable plays to engage AI buyers
- Sales Enablement: Build and deliver sales enablement content designed for decision-maker and developer conversations — including pitch decks, playbooks, talk tracks, and objection-handling guides. Enable the global sales team with training and resources to confidently message and position Neo4j as the data layer for AI
- Media Relations: Collaborate with the AR/PR team to maintain a positive image in the press and secure favorable analyst reviews
- Product Enhancement: Identify opportunities for product improvement through feedback from customers, field teams, partners, and industry interactions. Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to drive these enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years in product marketing, business consulting, or go-to-market strategy within the technology/software industry
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology, developer products/data platforms, or AI/analytics products, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business value outcomes
- Technical acumen and demonstrated ability to understand complex products and functionality
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively to drive revenue and increase technology adoption
- Possess solid strategic thinking skills and a knack for devising effective project management and execution plans
- Proficiency in creating compelling marketing content and delivering it effectively to target audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different groups within the organization, providing leadership and guidance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
