Visual Components is a company focused on building 3D simulation tools for factory planning and production optimization. They are looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to proactively search for accounts, generate sales opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively searching for suitable accounts and contacts
- Building and cleaning up target lists
- Boldly reaching out to the right prospects
- Engaging in deeper discussions to generate interest
- Generating new sales opportunities to the other members of the sales team
- Assisting in automating our sales processes
- Working with the marketing team in line with the company’s growth strategies
- Helping with inbound web leads and tradeshow follow up when necessary
- Representing Visual Components in front of customers
Requirements:
- Confidence in social interactions
- Enthusiasm to be in touch with prospects
- Some experience in cold calling or contacting
- Persistency in reaching out to people until you get an answer
- Above average organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with CRM. We use Dynamics and HubSpot
- Experience working with MS Office
- Associates degree from a two-year college or university or technical school; or one to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of the manufacturing, automation, or robotics industries. It will help you to understand our product and the needs of our customers
