Senior Solutions Engineer

CloudJuncxion, Inc. builds best-in-class, resilient, self-healing networking solutions for mission-critical environments. They are hiring multiple Senior Solutions Engineers to architect and deploy high-reliability networking systems for a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Architect & Design: Build end-to-end resilient network architectures (Layers 1–5) incorporating multi-WAN, SD-WAN, LTE/5G, satellite, MANET, and hybrid connectivity
• Lead Field Deployments: Move beyond the lab to validate performance in real-world, tactical environments
• Mission-Critical Support: Troubleshoot complex issues in both lab and production environments where every second of uptime matters
• Technical Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, translating complex technical requirements into deployable solutions
• Innovate: Contribute to and define AI-enabled network optimization and automation initiatives

Requirements:

• 7+ years in networking / systems engineering
• Deep knowledge of IP Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, VLANs, L2/L3 VPNs, QoS, NAT)
• Strong knowledge of PKI, firewall configurations, VPNs, INEs, and encryption
• Experience with SD-WAN, multi-path redundancy, and Linux CLI for networking/system management
• Familiarity with VM deployments and cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot across OSI Layers 1–5 in high-stakes environments under tight time pressures
• Strong technical writing and verbal skills for customer presentations, white papers, and RFI/RFQ responses
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret) is required for certain client engagements
• U.S. Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility and is strongly preferred for this role
• Defense/Military tactical experience
• Maritime, broadcast, or emergency response experience is a plus
• Certifications (CCNP/CCIE/JNCIP/AWS Networking) are highly regarded
