Tactiq is a Series A, Sydney-based SaaS company that transforms meetings into exceptional outcomes through AI technology. The Principal Product Manager will own product strategy and execution, focusing on hands-on building, prototyping, and continuous user engagement.

Responsibilities:

Build with AI: Prototype features using Cursor, Claude, Lovable, or internal tools. Test prompts. Ship MVPs
Run experiments: Set up A/B tests, define success metrics, analyze results, make the call
Deep dive analytics: Pull your own data in Mixpanel/SQL. Find the insight no one else sees
Talk to users: Weekly user interviews. Not quarterly research projects—continuous discovery
Iterate fast: Ship → measure → learn → ship again. Weeks, not months
