Onramp Lab is a venture studio and digital marketing company known for building and scaling multiple digital brands through performance marketing and product innovation. The Senior Marketing Manager will shape the marketing strategy for RemoteHunter, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention while building a small marketing team and launching strategies for new features.
Responsibilities:
- The full marketing strategy—brand, demand gen, content, and community. You decide what we build and where we invest
- Growth metrics that matter: user acquisition, engagement, retention. You'll have direct visibility into what's working and budget to double down on wins
- Our story in the market. How do we stand out against traditional job boards? How do we explain AI without sounding like everyone else? That's on you
- A small but mighty team. Hire, mentor, and build the marketing function you wish you'd worked in earlier in your career
- Launch strategies for new features. Work directly with Product to bring AI resume tools and job matching capabilities to market
- Experimentation across channels. Test bold ideas, kill what doesn't work, scale what does
Requirements:
- You've built marketing strategies at startups or growth-stage companies (SaaS, marketplace, or platform experience is a plus)
- You're comfortable being the first or second marketing hire—you don't need a playbook handed to you
- You think in systems, not tactics. You connect brand awareness to product activation to revenue
- You're energized by data but don't let it kill creativity. You A/B test landing pages and write compelling narratives
- You've marketed products people actually need (bonus if you've worked in HR tech, career tools, or AI products)
- You want to work on something meaningful. Helping people find better work opportunities hits different than selling another B2B widget
