Neural Cloud Solutions Inc. is a Canadian technology company focused on transforming digital health using AI and neural networks. They are seeking a Strategic Program Manager – AI HealthTech to design and operate a Command Centre that integrates Regulatory, Product, Client Delivery, and Engineering operations, ensuring real-time visibility and effective project management across these domains.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a unified operational Command Centre (dashboards, reports, cadences) that shows milestones, resourcing, and spend across all four domains
- Standardize status tracking, KPIs, and reporting so the COO, CFO, and board can see 'what we said we’d do vs. what we did' monthly
- Use agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, co-pilots) to automate status aggregation, roll-ups, and variance explanations wherever possible
- Run a regular rhythm of check-ins with domain leads; collect updates, risks, and changes; and translate them into clean, actionable views
- Track major delivery dates and dependencies so slippage, extra headcount needs, and cost impacts are visible before they become crises
- Support the transition from 'ad hoc' project tracking to a disciplined, measured operating model
- Maintain a clear picture of headcount, contractor spend, and major vendor costs by domain
- Help the COO and CFO prepare monthly and quarterly views for the board: progress, variances (good and bad), and explanations
- Contribute to a culture of outcome- and fulfillment-based performance (eventually supporting more variable/goal-tied compensation structures across teams)
- Use modern AI tools to build templates, dashboards, trackers, and reports far faster than traditional manual methods
- Continually look for opportunities to replace manual tasks (copy-pasting, roll-ups, basic analysis) with AI-driven workflows
Requirements:
- 7+ years of project or program management in technology, ideally including health-tech, medtech, or digital health
- Proven experience building PM infrastructure or 'command centre style' dashboards from scratch (not just stepping into an existing PMO)
- Experience in startups/scale-ups where things moved from 'chaotic/heroic' to structured and measured
- Comfortable working closely with senior leaders in a small, high-visibility environment
- Familiarity with regulated health environments: FDA, Health Canada, ISO 13485/MDSAP, and health data considerations
- Comfort coordinating across technical teams (engineering/ML), product, and regulatory/clinical stakeholders
- Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, copilots) in your workflow: building templates, automating reports, data analysis, or similar
- Strong skills in tools like Notion, Jira/Asana/Monday.com, and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for modeling and tracking
- Ability to show concrete artifacts: dashboards, command centres, trackers, or reporting frameworks you've built (sanitized if needed)
- Persistent, organized, and able to 'chase down' information without alienating busy subject-matter experts
- Metrics- and outcome-oriented; you believe that if it's important, it should be visible and measurable
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change; you've worked in environments where priorities and resourcing shift frequently
- Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and comfortable switching between detail and big picture with executives, engineers, and clinicians
- PMP or similar certification (strong asset but not an absolute requirement if you have clear, relevant experience and artifacts)
- Prior experience in a public company or board-reporting environment
