Weed Man is the fastest growing lawn care company, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves coordinating with various managers, answering incoming calls, and addressing customer needs via phone, text, and email.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties
- Answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers
- Interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions
- Resolve concerns
- Collect accounts receivable
- Verify customer information
- Make phone sales
