Amcord Care Inc. is seeking a Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves helping customers by providing service information and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the services, check eligibility for services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records (electronically & paperwork) based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving policies, departments and services
- Perform basic office related tasks
- Communicate with and update correct persons accordingly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Healthcare and/or social service experience a plus
